Transparency Statement

LIPCASO™ (Low Income Pet Care Society) was founded on June 20, 2026, with the goal of helping low-income pet owners, seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities access resources, information, and assistance that can help them care for their pets.

At this time, LIPCASO is not yet operational as a service provider. We are currently in the startup and development phase and are working to raise the funds necessary to build the organization, develop resources, establish partnerships, and create programs that can directly benefit pet owners in need.

LIPCASO is presently operated as a privately owned startup project. During the initial development phase, funds received through donations, affiliate commissions, sponsorships, advertising, grants, and other revenue sources may be used to support startup expenses, including but not limited to website development, technology, marketing, content creation, business formation costs, licensing fees, operational expenses, and future program development.

LIPCASO’s long-term vision is to establish sustainable pet assistance programs and, when financially and operationally feasible, transition into a nonprofit organization recognized under Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. However, no guarantee can be made regarding the timing or ultimate approval of any future nonprofit status.

Until such time as nonprofit status is obtained, LIPCASO operates as a private sole proprietorship and contributions made to LIPCASO are generally not tax-deductible charitable donations.

We believe transparency is essential to earning the trust of our supporters. As LIPCASO grows, we are committed to openly communicating our goals, progress, funding activities, partnerships, and organizational development.

Our mission remains simple: to build a resource network that helps keep pets healthy, cared for, and in the homes of the people who love them.
