Our mission is to build a comprehensive pet care resource network that connects pet owners with educational content, financial assistance programs, affordable pet care options, pet food resources, health information, and community support. Through technology, partnerships, and public awareness, LIPCASO strives to reduce pet surrender, improve animal welfare, and strengthen the bond between people and their companion animals.
